Need more infor: Not enough infor to make judgement. Get a full CBC for review. High lymphocytes can be from viral infection. Also not sure why you get serum protein electrophosis. Given the m-protein (small), I suggest immunofixation to determine polyclonal vs monoclonal. Polyclonal means infection or inflammation. Monoclonal means either benign or malignant plasma cell dz or lymphoma.
