My scrotum is usually sticky and sweaty at most times and i have noticed a white/grey area on it, where it seems to be very itchy. is yeast infection?

Fungal infections can be hard to cure if the area is constantly moist. Make sure to wear underwear and clothing that allows moisture to escape and dry. Baby powder can also help keep the area dry. But, the presence of a whit/grey area with intractable itch may suggests the occurrence of scrotal psoriasis, which may occur there alone or in other parts of body like buttocks, elbows, or knees, etc. If still in doubt, see & ask urologist or dermatologist timely.
