Pancreatitis: Unfortunately there is no cure if the pancreatitis is truly idiopathic. Creon is helpful for digestion in chronic pancreatitis and tramadol is helpful for pain that may be associated with the pancreatitis. Hopefully all other reasons for your pancreatitis have been looked for.
