That is not possible: Depending on the thyroid condition, there are various symptoms you can get if you have a hyperactive thyroid or a hypoactive thyroid. The only way to really find out is to get labs that can measure, your Thyroid stimulating hormone and your thyroid.

Goiter- Visible Enlargement of Thyroid Gland Under Active -Abnormal Weight gain, Sluggishness, Slowing of Metabolism (Commom after 50yrs) Over active-Lose of weight, palpitations, Anxiety,excessive perspiration These symptoms can be due to other reasons also. cannot Diagnose without blood test.
