Unlikely: vertigo (dizziness) BY ITSELF without other Neurologic issues like headache/ slurred speech/ change in vision/ weakness in arms or legs would rarely be a symptom of a tumor. If the dizziness is intermittent throughout the day or when rolling over in bed it could be Benign Positional Vertigo
