As far as complications and recovery,which is better mua with arthroscopic release or just an arthroscopic release?

Both: Have inherent risks. Mua has risk of humerus fracture while release has risk of infection, pain, and injury to axillary nerve. I usually do a small mua if I have to do a release to make it easier to get into the joint but the drawback is that mua causes bleeding which hinders the view they the scope
