Yes wellbutrin (bupropion) dose: Wellbutrin (bupropion) comes in 3 forms: immediate release (IR), 12hour release (SR) and 24 hour (XL). There is a small risk of seizure if blood levels rise too high so guidelines suggest that IR doses shouldn't exceed 150mg spaced 6-8 hours apart; SR can be up to 200mg spaced 6-8 hours apart; XL can take 450mg once daily. Total daily doses above 450mg are generally not recommended.
