Tooth decay can: Look small or "not deep" when you observe the teeth in a mirror. If your cavities are indeed small/shallow then fillings would be the most likely idea for restoring the teeth. See a dentist for an exam and a treatment plan for these cavities. Good luck!

Take?: A cavity is an infection. It's a bacterially caused hole in a tooth. If you see a little defect, the probability that there's a big problem under the enamel in the dentin. There's no effective homeopathic, OTC, salve, varnish, snake oil, pill, or mouth wash that will remove the damaged part of the tooth and replace it with a sealing filling material. A Dentist has to do that for you.
