Fever?: Hi. I'd suggest you check your temp to see if you have a fever. Any infection symptoms (fever, cough, wounds, burning on urination, sore throat, etc)? I'd check your thyroid function. With your anxiety, hyperthyroidism is certainly a possibility. Good luck.

Fever?: Hard to tell without more details. First, check your temperature, this could be due to fever. If so, take acetaminophen as directed for fever. If no fever, sometimes the sweating means your fever has broken for a time but may return later, Do you have other symptoms of an acute infection? If not, have you added a new medicine or supplement? If not, and the symptoms continue, call your doc.
