Reach out to a: psychologist and start working on the issues which may be causing your panic attacks. You do not need to continue being troubled by these symptoms. Medication may also be needed, but start with psychotherapy.

Anxiety: I would consider seeing a psychiatrist if you feel that these anxiety or panic attacks are interfering with your ability to get through the day. It may be just a neurosis that is very treatable, but it takes therapy, and I some cases, medication to control your unwanted feelings and responses, however, it may change your life in a wonderful way ! Go see your regular doctor and talk about it !
