It depends: Chest pain is what you're describing especially with breathing will concern one of some sort of a pulmonary problem you need to be seen to get further testing.

Hello. When I lay on my back usually at the end of the day as soon as I lay down I get chest pain in my left side like at the bottom corner of my lung and I cant take deep breaths without severe pain. Any help would be greatly appreciated?
