Sweating: This could be just your genetics but it could be a sign of Hyperthyroidism, infection, drug side effects, Lymphoma, Anxiety disorder and Hyperhidrosis especially if Palm of your hand is involved and there are treatment options available, please work with your doctor closely to find the cause.

See a doctor: Your condition is called hyperhidrosis. It usually starts around adolescence and affects palms, soles, and underarms. There are three forms: anxiety-related, localized hyperhidrosis, and generalized hyperhidrosis. See a doctor for appropriate tests to determine the cause and treat it, if a cause can be found.

Check your thyroid: Abnormalities of the thyroid hormone can lead to excessive sweating, feeling hyperactive, though the commonest reason is "hyperhidrosis" which is a condition that causes the above but is an abnormality of the sweat gland.
