Remove stinger: Please ensure that the stinger from the insect is not embedded in the skin. Swelling is typical after this type of sting, keep the wrist elevated and the area clean. Watch carefully. If you notice the swelling increasing, spreading redness, more pain or changes in your breathing go to the doctor promptly. Take care and avoid further stings.
