Diet and Nutrition: Hi Oskar, not really. The actual pH of the blood stays constant at 7.4 pretty much independent of what foods are ingested. There are sensitive regulators in the body, such as in the kidneys, that control this. Urine pH may change, but blood pH is maintained. However, in situations such as uncontrolled diabetes, and kidney failure, blood pH may acidify or even be aggravated by diet choices.
