Pregnancy related HA: Yes the changes in estrogen levels could contribute to headaches, as your body adjusts. Try weaning off all caffeine, if you are drinking caffeine drinks or eating much chocolate, as caffeine may also contribute to headaches. Have your BP checked. Stay hydrated with daily water intake. You may also try a cool cloth on your forehead and warming of your hands and feet when having a headache.
