Pregnancy headaches: Hormonal changes are the usual culprit for pregnancy headaches in the first trimester. Eat small frequent meals, get rest (but not too much), avoid fluorescent lights, stuffy rooms, and windowless rooms. Avoid noisy places. Nasal spray and humidifiers may help if congested. Acetaminophen is ok but not ibuprofen or aspirin. Check with your OB before taking any medicine however.
