Possible: It is certainly is possible to be fractured. If it seems to be worsening or not improving over days after the injury, it definitely needs to be checked out.

Possibly: Unfortunately without examining you, it is difficult to say. If you have any significant pain or loss of sensation, then you should seek immediate help. Otherwise, it isn't unreasonable to see how your wrist feels after 24 hours, where you elevate the arm, utilize ice packs and minimize the use of the wrist/hand. Best of luck. You could consider OTC antiinflammatories too, if you tolerate them
