Ask your medical physician for ways to prevent future stones. Hydration is always important. The pH of your body is affected by Kidney health, as much as the pH of the fluids you drink.

Not so much: Pomegranate juice does contain citric acid, which helps prevent growth of stones. Though, it's in lower concentration than other citrus juice like lemonade. It basically prevents further deposition of material on presently existing stones. But compared to lemonade, it's unclear how effective pomegranate juice is.

No: Pomegranate juice has no effect on kidney stones. There are dietary treatments but need to know chemical constitution of urine, which can readily be measured.

No: But it can help prevent them. Studies have shown is can lower oxalate levels in the urine, which is a common reason why some people form kidney stones. So while it cannot help dissolve a stone that is already there, it can help prevent them. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
