I am sorry to : hear about your grandmother. It is hard to deal with death of a loved 1 at any age, but at 16 it is really tough. When we mourn, we often lose our appetite which is why most religions include food during wakes. U don't say how long it has been since your grandmother passed away, but if U have developed an eating disorder, talk 2 your parents & get professional help.

Life stressors: Losing a family member & dealing with health issues in someone you love is hard. Support and learning how to handle the stress that will comes up in your life is key. The actual "cause" is not as relevant as finding a therapist to help you learn how to process your feelings. Meditation, journaling, and learning presence will also help you thrive. You deserve health and to love yourself.
