Atypical chest pain: You should have it checked out since it has persisted for 13 hours. Go to an urgent care or ER today. Could be reflux or gallbladder disease, spasm from constipation, less likely in your case ( female young) cardiac. If you have Maalox/Milk of Magnesia at home you could take 1 tablespoon but you still should go to the ER/ urgent care today.
