I have general achiness in my body with no fever or any other symptom. it goes away with once a week tablet of diclofinac 75 mg. panadol (acetaminophen) does not work?

One per wk! Great!: I would want to draw out more history from you. How long have you had this problem? Is it in your joints? Do you notice it more in the morning, and does it improve somewhat during the day? DO you ever get swelling in any of your joints? When was the last time you saw a physician for a physical, and had any blood testing? Sounds rheumatologic. NSAID ok if kidney function is normal. Advise phsyical.
