Having a sickle cell anaemia crisis. is it okay to take voltaren (diclofenac) with panadol?

Avoid: We try to avoid voltaren (diclofenac) and other nsaids all together in sickle cell disease pain control. Now and then the use of nsaids might be ok but prolonged use can compromise already sensitive kidneys of sickle cell patients. Ask your doctor for an alternative.
