Bile absorption: The color of your stool is dependent on how quickly things move through your intestines and how much bile is excreted. It can also be changed by what foods you are eating or if you have a gastrointestinal infection. Pure white or very light stools can be a sign of a blockage in your bile duct or from some medications. You should contact your doctor to discuss this.
