Sleeping position: Sleep on your back. The surgeon will place a cast or splint on your nose to protect it. Also sleep on your back. Make sure your nose surgery is done by an ENT/ doc or facial plastic surgeon.

Guard over Nose: Wear external nasal guard at night for three weeks. Rest and keep the head elevated even when sleeping. After 3 weeks the nasal bones are stable. Take care.
