Healthy life style: You need to do 60 minutes of Endurance exercises like walking, jogging, taking stairs, biking, dancing and swimming, then 60 minutes of strength exercise like push up, planks, ab crunch, weight,etc then you have to work on balance and Flexibility too. Hope this helps. Talk to a personal trainer.
