DIfficult question: Herbalife offers expensive over the counter food and supplement products that are advertised to promote weight loss. There were concerns that some of the herbal ingredients may be associated with liver damage, but this link has not been proven. There is no evidence i'm aware of for health benefits - although it may be possible to lose weight by following their dietary plan.

No: What do want to take these for? There is no objective evidence that such supplements promote health. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

Ask your DR: Unless there is a specific medical indication, normal people eating normal food derive no benefit from any supplements.
