Electrolytes v Other: Get blood work if you haven't already to include blood levels, kidney and liver function plus sodium, calcium and others like folate (folic acid) and vitamin B12. I see you had thyroid function checked. With nausea and unusual food cravings, if these tests are all negative, then a head CT may be considered to rule out organic conditions in the brain before addressing potential emotional causes like anxiety.
