Type of Migraine?: May be you are experiencing Migraine ( vascular headache Which is typically localized and throabing. Try to find the trigger events ot food. And may want to avoid them. Also take OTC Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Excedrin Migarine medicine. I do not think Nexium has any thing to do with this, Are you sure you are not hearing your Heart beat?
