Keep having this spasm/twitching right side of head behind ear left of temple, all day. usually like 2 twitches/spasm each time, wakes me up too..

Muscle twitch: we call these fasiculations. Involuntary movement or twitching of a muscle. Do you have them anywhere else? How long have you had this? If just a day or two, watchful waiting ok. If more than a week or other areas of body with similar twitches you need to see a healthcare provider for an evaluation. Hope this helps. Good luck
