I got my blood result back and my hcg level was a 6 they told me it's probably early pregnancy what do you think & just now started spotting a little ?

Possibly pregnant: if the hcg level is on the way down, you may have been pregnant and lost it. this would present with some bleeding and or cramps. or you could be very early pregnant and a small amount of bleeding is likely ok. would repeat the test in a few days to see if it is rising or falling.
