Lots!: You can get belly pain, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, painful urination, bloody urine, headache, flushing, lightheadedness, kidney stones, or even an allergic reaction (hives, facial swelling, etc.). Also Ascorbic Acid (vitamin c) can interact or interfere with medications.
