Yes: If you are worsening you may have pneumonia rather than a viral infection. If you are having trouble breathing, rapid heart rate or can't drink enough fluids you should be evaluated by a doctor.

See a doctor: You likely would benefit from antibiotics for your pneumonia, but the MS should also be treated with a disease modifying agent. You will respond far better with specific interventions for each.
