Lipoma: I'm not sure from your description, did you mean the inside of your arm above your elbow there is a mobile mass that only hurts if you squeeze it? That would most likely be a lipoma which are common on the arms. If it's on the outside of the arm, the same thing. If it is changing see your doc. Good health
