Under penis: It is the part of the underside of the penis and part of the glans where there is a little indentation. The loose connective tissue from the base on the underside terminates in the corona sulcus.

ON the penis: The base of the glans penis has a exaggerated border that glands These are called coronal glands. behind this on the penis is a deep retroglandular structure Than is the coronal sulcus. Needs to be kept clean and free of debris. Hope this answers your questions.
