I am not sure: that even starvation will help you reach that goal? Try a more simple goal first and take it from there.

Not possible: There is no way to safely lose 20 lbs in a week. If you were to lose this significant amount of weight, it would be likely related to fluid loss or a dangerous starvation diet/combined with excessive physical activity. Please be more realistic about weight loss and aim for at most 1lb per week but, to be more honest, 1-2lbs/month.
