Possibly: You could be, although this is rather early to have any symptoms. If your period was only 3 weeks ago, and they're usually on a regular 28-day cycle, it is possible that you're about 1 week pregnant. Not necessarily: Usually pregnancy doesn't cause abdominal pain or nausea/vomiting this early. If you are worried check a home pregnancy test in the next several days but really you should get the nausea and pain checked out by a physician before that if it persists because you could have something more serious like appendicitis etc
