Yes: An ALT of 64 is elevated. Lower than 77 but still elevated and if ALT remains elevated for no apparent reason needs evaluation by Hepatologist or Gastroenterologist. Lots of reason for elevation of ALT including NASH. You now have two elevations in ALT so probably will need to see physician to be evaluated if not done already.

Stable: The difference between 77 and 64 is really not that significant. This level is only minimally elevated anyway. I do not know your entire medical history but the level is very slightly elevated

Follow it to Nl!: We usually consider significant when elevated 2 &1/2 times normal. MANY causes, Alcohol, diabetes, genetic disorders, thyroid and metabolic disorders, viruses (check your risk factors for viral hepatitis, immunizations!). High-dose or prolonged anti-inflammatory use, hormones also. It is most often a benign cause, Recommend follow to normal!
