Concussion: Unlikely that you have a slow hemorrhage but a concussion is likely. See your medical doctor for an evaluation. Your physician may order an imaging study based on the history and physical examination. In the meantime, rest your brain and avoid repetitive bending and stooping. Do not exercise until the symptoms resolve.

Closed head trauma: of course you should see a doctor urgently. You may have a concussion as well as facial bone fractures. you may also potentially have a subdural or epidural bleed. Go the the ER without further delay.
