Vertigo: You most likely have Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Its a common cause of such symptoms. Its due to displacement of crystals in your inner ear. Periods of prolonged inactivity can cause it along with trauma and certain medications but usually idiopathic. Consult an ENT in your area if symptoms persist.
