Injection reaction: I presume this was a transforaminal epidural steroid injection due to nerve compression. This may have caused some temporary inflammation, which might maximize at 24-36 hrs after procedure. Should subsequently gradually stabilize within the next few days. Do not anticipate any permanent lingering problems.
