Need exam: There can be many causes for your "white pimple," from transient to dangerous. Any and all white lesions in the mouth should be examined immediately...call your Dentist. I assume the "gland" in which food gets stuck is your right tonsil. Your PCP may want you to see an ENT Specialist. You can't be examined over the computer, please call your Dentist and your Primary Care Physician.

Consultation: Have the Dentist or Oral Surgeon see this. It may be that the duct is blocked and the saliva is backing up in the gland - this will cause swelling and pain.
