Something on my spleen through abdominal ultrasound 19x19x15 mm. 3 months later it grew to 19x19x20 mm. i am going for ctscan could it be can cancer?

Not likely: The most common malignancy to affect spleen is lymphoma . There are those that may metastasize to the spleen. Nonetheless the difference in measurements are explainable by difference in the person measuring the spot. Wait for the CT results before jumping to conclusions.
