Gassy pain: abdominal pain can be due to many problems but weight loss, blood in stool, vomiting or fever should prompt a doctor visit asap. constipation and ulcers in your stomach can cause some of your symptoms too. Also taking too many anti inflammatories such as Advil (ibuprofen) or Aspirin can cause your pain. Best to see your own doctor to have him or her examine you and to run further tests

Need to see doctor: There are a number of problems that can cause those symptoms. The treatment depends on the cause. You need to see your physician to find out what that cause is.
