been having sharp & dull upper abdomen pain & passing gas more frequently than usual. experiencing the feeling of very full even with loss of appetite?

Gassy pain: abdominal pain can be due to many problems but weight loss, blood in stool, vomiting or fever should prompt a doctor visit asap. constipation and ulcers in your stomach can cause some of your symptoms too. Also taking too many anti inflammatories such as Advil (ibuprofen) or Aspirin can cause your pain. Best to see your own doctor to have him or her examine you and to run further tests
