Doubtful: Dequervain's is tendonitis of first dorsal extensor compartment of the radial dorsal wrist. Can cause swelling in the area but should not cause appearance of crooked wrist. Primary symptom is pain over the area with ulnar deviation and traction on the thumb. Use of the thumb in grasp and pinching will cause pain. Seek care with hand surgeon, usually responds to steroid injection
