See answer: The number of WBCs considered normal is typically 2-5 WBCs/hpf or less. A high number of WBCs indicates infection, inflammation, or vaginal/skin contamination. Normal number of RBCs 1-3/hpf. Both amorphous urates and mucus threads are not uncommon findings and usually by themselves have no clinical significance. Overall, a fairly unremarkable U/A with mildly elevated WBCs. Urine culture to r/o UTI
