Stop sulfadiazine: Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) is indicated for 3 rd degree burns and burns with an eschar not 2nd degree burns. Small red bumps most likely indicate a dermatitis due to allergy to the silvadene (silver sulfadiazine), (silver sulfadiazine) also silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) can cause hyper pigmentation of the skin leaving you with a brown discoloration.
