Prob hormonal cause: Irregular periods are usually due to hormonal imbalance, but there are many possible causes. Hormonal imbalances often affects ovulation. These change can lead to alterations in your uterine lining, as well as your vagina and vaginal flora. Your vaginal discharge could just be due to hormonal changes, or changes in your vagina flora, potentially an infection. Get evaluated by a clinician.
