Skipped period: May be variation ,pregnancy , infection or thyroid /hormonal disorder. Check HCG urine and if negative blood, check TSH, T4 prolactin, get a pelvic exam for vaginal infection( may be mycoplasma/ureoplasma/ BV/yeast ( especially if itching) and not just the standard Gc/chlamydia) . May consider sonogram if all above are negative . f/u with doctor /urgent care
