Challenging: Go back to the basics. Be sure you are getting good sleep - 8 hours a night. Exercise regularly and if you are overweight, try to get to a normal weight for your height (obesity is associated with migraine). You can try Vitamin B6, Feverfew and Vitamin B2 for help with migraines. See a chiropractor to make sure your neck and spine are in good shape. Accupuncture may help too.
