MP/TTP?: p-ANCA in GP has been reported as possible indication of a concurrent vasculitis best typified by the microscopic polyangitis (MP)subset of vasculitis disorders. MP in turn has been associated with TTP presentations. It's a stretch but wondering of this might be of help....
